Host Dale Mac
Dale Mac is a Singer/Songwriter from White Bear First Nation in Saskatchewan. The storytelling in his lyrics and driving music are both backed by his soulful and energetic guitars. Whether performing acoustic roots in intimate venues, amp driven blues, or rock based stage shows, Dale’s guitar writing is also the energy behind his range of songwriting. He has two releases under his belt and a third on the way that blends his threatened Nakota language, hand drumming, with contemporary guitar driven storytelling.

Val Halla is a Métis singer/songwriter born and raised in Treaty 4 Territory, Regina, SK. She has played hundreds of shows across Canada, the United States, and Europe over the last 15 years, and has worked or performed shows with other notable acts like Alice Cooper, Ted Nugent, Elliott Randall (Steely Dan) and more!
It is Val Halla’s unique approach to the instrumental aspects of composition and arrangement, coupled with strong autobiographical & storytelling lyricism, that started to capture the attention of the guitar and songwriting communities alike.
And Jarrid Lee
Jarrid Lee is an Indigenous Canadian Country Music Artist, Award Winning Singer/Songwriter and Entrepreneur. All it took was a spark and love for music that would inevitably catch fire when Jarrid decided to pursue music for a living blazing a trail in 6 years to open up shows for some of the biggest names in music. Jarrid’s Debut 5 song EP “Up on Stage” got 6 SCMA nominations and one final ballot appearance for album of the year up against female artist of the year Tenille Arts; however no awards were won for 2021 awards season but, the “Up on Stage” song went on to take the #1 spot on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown as well as reaching #1 on Sirius Xm channel 165. Current singles are “Lets Get Gone” with regular rotation on CBC Radio channel 171 on Sirius XM and soft release of “Its Time” on Indigenous Radio.
