The first of our regular social gatherings for queer women, trans women, and non-binary folks who are female identified. Come as you are to connect, chat and build community in a safe and welcoming space. At this inaugural event, we’re going to have two short artist talks, some catching up conversations and karaoke! Future events are being planned, ideas are welcome!
The Lavender Social Club was a volunteer-run women’s club that used to present regular dances for queer women in Regina, but they haven’t been active in over 20 years. We’re bringing her back! Join us for a fun night in community. We’re going to have two very short artist talks by Bree Tabin and Jayden Thompson. Following that, we’ve got a few things in mind to entertain, and then we’ll wrap up the night with some karaoke! Hit us with your best shot! Come find your people again…Friday, October 16.
