This workshop is all about vulnerability and creating peace with your inner voice through poetry.
Inspired by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, this writing activity makes reference to the concept of “Shadow work” the idea of making peace and acknowledging the repressed parts of yourselves.
In this workshop, not only will you be leaving with a useful tool for your writing, but also a skill that you can involve in your personal life.
Lets uncover the artistic potential that your shadow has yet to show you!

Mellowdramma is a Haitian-Canadian Slam poet based in Montreal .
Her works are deeply vulnerable and introspective immersing her listeners into her mind stories through words. Mellowdramma uses her voice as a means to help others connect with their own vulnerability and uses her words to speak upon issues that affect not only her but society as a whole.
Now Winner of the Montreal CIPS qualifiers and contestant in the National Canadian individual poetry slam, Mellowdramma has been performing across Canada to try to spread her art to as many hearts as possible.
